MEET PEYTON

I am a previous soccer player turned competitive CrossFit athlete with a desire to educate, inspire and support clients to becoming their happiest and healthiest self. Through my integrated training method, you will explore new horizons of fitness, focusing on building endurance, strength, flexibility, and power. 


Graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication. Throughout high school and college, fitness has been very impactful on my physical and mental health. Now understanding how fitness and mental health go hand-in-hand, I want to help others with their fitness journey. Obtaining a degree in Speech Communication has helped me drastically in the fitness industry, as I can speak and connect to a diverse group of clientele.  


My goal is to provide a customized and achievable workout plan specifically for YOU and your goals. I cannot wait to work with you!

During the quarantine, Peyton started writing me weekly workouts. I told her what my goals were and each week, she sent me new programming. Training at home, I had access to resistance bands and light weight dumbbells. Within five months, I lost 35 pounds. I also gained a ton of strength with very minimal equipment and a small space to train. Peyton’s workouts improved my motivation, confidence and overall attitude towards fitness. No matter what your goals are, the equipment you have and the space you use to train, Peyton can create specific workouts for you and your goals. She is amazing and knows exactly what she is doing!!
